    Couples looking for a great getaway

    The hospitality was amazing, especially when the staff surprised us with a delicious cake on our anniversary-definitely brought a smile to our faces. The view from our room was just fine. We found ourselves sitting on the balcony just watching the world go by -it was nice

    It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, worth every damn penny.

    The room, a Towers Exclusive 1 Queen with Balcony, was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom products provided were great, and the towels felt soft. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of scrumptious options. I particularly loved the freshly baked breads. The cocktail lounge atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were accommodating to our requests. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room didn't work well. I also had issues with in-room dining, where the staff seemed unenthusiastic and delivery took an unexpectedly long time. Cleaning issues were noted too. Some common areas and furniture looked a bit neglected. The overall decor of the hotel is beautiful, and it boasts a fantastic location near local attractions. Despite these shortcomings, I would definitely consider returning for the excellent breakfast and room comfort.

    The location was amazing and unbeatable in a LOVELY area, short walk to Business center, and the Japanese restaurant. We were there for 3 nights and had dinner at in-house restaurant.

    central location with fine park and landmark access

    The central location next to Cubbon Park made my weekend walks enjoyable, as I could easily stroll to the Bangalore Aquarium and enjoy the beautiful greenery surrounding me. The hotel staff's persistence in reaching out to my room, especially late at night, could be improved.
